How do I purchase the Jaw-X software?
The Jaw-X License with support and upgrades is sold as a subscription. However you do not comitt to anything more than the period of time you have paid for. You are free to use it for a year and then stop.
We do recommend that you go through a training before you get started, just to make sure that you are a professional user. |

When I start to fill in a Patient ID Jaw-X brings up a number before I am ready.
This is standard Windows behavior and the cause for it is to suggest something that you might want to type. This function can be removed, go to Options (at the top right corner of the Jaw-X window). Under the tab General unmark " Refer to existing patients". |

Is it possible to view and print an old test?
Close the Window "Browse image", Click the first icon at the top right of the window for "Old tests" To the left you will get one window "Select patient", click the down arrow to change to another patient. Below you will get a list of previous tests for the active patient. Chose the test you want to view. |

I need Spanish text?
Go to Options (at the top right corner of the Jaw-X window) and select language. There will be more languages available eventually right now Jaw-X supports English, Swedish and Spanish. |

Is it possible to use the report in my own Word document?
Yes, you can copy the report. In the result window at the top left you can mark the box "Copy result to Clipboard". Then a copy of the report will be availble to paste into another document. |
